All my recipes are free of refined sugars, gluten-based flours and processed ingredients.  They contain the least amount of ingredients while providing the most amount of nutrition to feed muscles.  Each recipe provides a perfect balance of carbohydrates, proteins and fat.

Chewy Cinnamon Cookie

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Tbsp Butter

  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter (raw)

  • 3 Tbsp Raw Honey

  • 1 cup Almond Flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven for 350F (I use Convection Bake)

  • Combine the first 3 ingredients in the mixer (I use the baking head)

  • Mix in rest of the ingredients

  • Create mini balls from the dough

  • Bake for 9 minutes
