“Strawberry Delish” Smoothie
/This recipe serves 2!
Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized banana 
- 6 large to medium strawberries 
- 1/4 cup thick rolled oats 
- 3oz Greek yogurt 
- 1.5oz raw almonds 
- 1/4 cup water 
- handful of ice 
Directions:
- Place all ingredients with the above order, into a high speed blender 
- Blend at full speed until well mixed 
- Divide it into two equal containers - either save one for later or shared it with you loved one :) 
Derek and I have this smoothie for our morning snack, about 2.5-3 hours after breakfast.
